Josh did a great job in diagnosing a leak and repairing sewer pipe in our crawlspace. He was able to work with our schedule and started the work as quickly as possible. Josh spoke with us on what he can and cannot do as part of the job. Example being unable to repair the drywall and unable to repair a portion of encapsulation seal. I appreciate the communication and honesty so clear expectations were set. Wasai took care of the billing. While there was a very minor misunderstanding, Wasai listened to what the issue was rather than being defensive. It was taken care of promptly and I appreciated the professionalism. If I had any constructive feedback, it would be during the initial visit to take care in wearing shoe covering or laying down some runners. It’s just an extra step every homeowner may appreciate and elevate the service. Josh put down a runner during the actual work.
